Townsville – Regions on the Rise Event

The Property Council’s first Townsville event for 2021 on 26 March 2021 – Regions on the Rise was a huge success and the vibe in the room certainly showed that Townsville is feeling positive about the remainder of the year and beyond. Lunch attendees were treated to an informative and compelling keynote address by AEC Group’s Senior Economist Jonathan Pavetto, who discussed a range of topics relevant to the region including sugar and cattle prices, amongst other factors relating to the 2021 property outlook. 

Afterwards there was an opportunity for a question and answer session with our diverse expert panel including; Lancini Property Group COO, Sal Guardala, Knight Frank Partner, Head of Residential Valuations & Advisory – Townsville, Matthew Ryan and Managing Director, Townsville Earthmoving and Chair of the Property Council’s Townsville Committee, Teri Humphreys.
