Townsville Local Government Infrastructure Plan

Townsville City Council is seeking public and industry comment on its draft Local Government Infrastructure Plan, which is set to replace its Priority Infrastructure Plan, as per State Government requirements.

Council has advised that the draft plan contains no material change to the Priority Infrastructure Area or the existing plans for trunk infrastructure. The primary changes relate to the timing of delivery, in an effort to better reflect actual growth rates and trends.

Public consultation on the draft plan will run until 14 November. Submissions must be made to Townsville City Council, 103 Walker Street, Townsville QLD 4810.
