Thomson Geer acquires another property specialist

One of Australia’s leading leasing lawyers has re-joined Thomson Geer as Partner. Michael Liebich, who has more than 30 years’ experience in property law, has re-joined the firm from MinterEllison.

His appointment further strengthens the firm’s presence in the national property law space, and comes hot on the heels of the arrival of a team of real estate specialists to the firm’s Sydney office in July: new Partners Brett Hawkins and Justin Madden, consultant Michael Allen and their team of Special Counsel, Senior Associates and Lawyers.

Chief Executive Partner, Adrian Tembel, said “Michael is a leasing specialist and comes to us from MinterEllison where he had a strong track record serving national clients. He will add a valuable dimension to our Australian Property capability”.
