The Rise of ApartmentsThe Property Council of Australia held their largest ever breakfast in WA on October 16, with 548 people in attendance from across the industry.The popularity of the Rise of Apartments event demonstrated the incredible level of interest in multi-unit residential development in Perth from across the property industry.The incredible pipeline of apartment projects in Perth was revealed in presentations by Mike Enslin, Managing Director of Psaros; Darren Pateman, Managing Director of Finbar; Paul Blackburne, Managing Director of Blackburne Property Group; and Scott Davison, General Manager Funds Management of Pindan Capital.This was followed by an engaging panel discussion moderated by Urbis Director David Cresp. Sitting on the panel were Sue Groom, General Manager Property Assets of Access Housing; Tony Perrin, General Manager Residential WA of Australand; Cindy Lee, Director of MLG Realty; and Jon Smeulders, Executive Director of Georgiou Developments.The Property Council would like to thank Pindan and RBB for their support in sponsoring this event.
