THE PROPERTY PUZZLE IS BACK

The first episode for Season 3 of the Property Council’s Property Puzzle podcast has been released.

The Property Puzzle is and initiative of the Property Council’s Future Directions committee. It is geared towards young property professionals and can provide invaluable insight into current key issues as well as advice on how to chart a career in property.

This season, the Trends Piece examines the major trends shaking up the Australian property sector. Industry experts analyse what these trends will mean and how the industry should respond.

In the first episode, Sian Sinclair, Grant Thornton’s National Head of Real Estate and Construction and Queensland Division Council member examines the impact of global economic volatility on the property industry. In a world where company fortunes rise and fall with a single tweet, it has never been more important for the Australia property industry to be adaptable.

Throughout the episode, Sian highlighted that Australia is still attractive from a foreign investment perspective. Furthermore, there is a unique opportunity for business to invest in ambitious projects in the current low-interest environment.
