CBRE Hotels senior director David Kennedy recently spoke at a Property Council breakfast on the new hotel projects in the city.

More than 13 new hotels across Perth earmarked for completion over the next two years will supply 2600 extra rooms, fuelling Perth’s next tourism boom.
