The City of Perth’s Sustainability Grants

 The City of Perth is committed to working with the commercial property sector to create an energy resilient, water sensitive and a climate responsive city.

The City’s Sustainability Grants provide funding for commercial office tenants and building owners to obtain a NABERS rating to understand, improve and communicate the sustainability performance of their buildings.

The grants provide funding to cover % of the cost of obtaining a NABERS water or energy rating, up to a maximum contribution of $1,000. These grants are available from July 1, 2017 until funds have been exhausted.

Applicants must be participants in the CitySwitch Green Office or Waterwise Office programs. These programs are currently accepting new participants who wish to improve the sustainability performance of their premises.
