The City of Gold Coast releases proposed amendments to the City Plan

In order to accommodate future growth, enhance the City’s unique offering and protect the environment, the City of Gold Coast has released 34 proposed amendments to the City Plan.

The amendments span across six different themes including: Height and density, built form and urban design, targeted growth areas, growth and diversification of employment, environment and other land use changes.
