Take part in Blacktown CBD market research

Blacktown City Council is seeking to understand public perception of the Blacktown CBD as a place to visit, invest, reside, work and shop, both during the day and at night.

The information produced from this market research will be used to inform Council’s CBD planning and economic development program.  It will also feed into Council’s long term community strategic planning framework.

Council has recently appointed UTS – Australian Centre of Excellence for Local Government (ACELG) to undertake the Blacktown CBD Market Research Project. Research components include focus groups, “walk up” surveys and an online survey.

The survey has been designed to capture the opinion of visitors to the centre as well as business owners both in and outside the centre.
