The Property Council has provided a submission to the Bruce Highway Western Alternative Project Team regarding the Western Alternative – Stage 1 (Caboolture West).

Northshore Hamilton Priority Development Area

The Property Council has provided a submission to Economic Development Queensland regarding the Northshore Hamilton Priority Development Area (PDA). On behalf of our members, we have provided input into the proposed amendments to both the PDA and the Draft Development Charges and Offset Plan (DDCOP). This PDA will play a role in the runway to the Olympics, as 40 hectares have been allocated to host the main 2032 Athletes’ Village.

Queensland Innovation Places Strategy

The Property Council has provided a submission on the Queensland Innovation Places Strategy discussion paper. The discussion paper was released by the Queensland Government to provide an overview of opportunities for innovation across our state.
