The Property Council has provided the following correspondences to the Queensland Government regarding extending the commencement time for Homebuilder and revitalising the CBD.

HomeBuilder: Commencement timeframes

The Property Council, in conjunction with Master Builders, the Housing Industry Association and the Urban Development Institute of Australia have written to Queensland’s Treasurer advocating for an extension to HomeBuilder’s current commencement timeframes in Queensland.
