Strata reform information sessions

The new strata laws are going to come into effect on 30 November 2016.  This is except for the building defect bond scheme reforms (Part 11 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015), which will commence on 1 July 2017.

NSW Fair Trading has scheduled Strata Reform Information Seminars to run across NSW in the coming months.

These seminars will run from 5.30pm -7.30pm and are targeting owners, tenants and strata managers.
