State Government to commercialise Landgate

The partial commercialisation of Landgate, announced this week by the State Government, is welcomed by the Property Council as another step in the state asset recycling program.

The property industry is calling on Government to continue its focus on asset recycling to allow more investment and funding of key public infrastructure projects.
