Staff Changes 

The WA office is once again proving to be a fertile place for staff furthering their careers with the Property Council interstate.  

It is sad for us but great news for the national office that our Policy and Research Manager Rebecca Douthwaite is taking up the position of Senior Policy Advisor in the International and Capital Markets Division in Sydney.Rebecca has done an outstanding job in WA and she will leave a great legacy. 

Rebecca has refreshed our committee structure, she has built effective relationships with key stakeholders, and most importantly Rebecca has extended our research capacity with key projects on infrastructure provisioning and growth initiatives. 

Taking on Rebecca’s role, David Moore-Crouch joins the Property Council team in WA as our Senior Policy Advisor.  David returned home to Perth recently after working in advocacy and communications roles for multi-national companies in the UK, including Allianz.
