St Ives open in Carine
Deputy Executive Director Alix Rhodes was invited to attend the opening of St Ives’ much anticipated new retirement village in Carine.
Located in the Carine Rise development, St Ives Carine includes 165 deluxe apartments and penthouses. Amenities include an entry plaza with café, bar, library, modern restaurant and alfresco dining, and an impressive health pavilion, called The Blue Diamond.
“St Ives Carine is providing an alternative housing option for seniors in the northern coastal suburbs. The development utilised land that was underdeveloped and in a prime location. Developments such as this allow seniors to age in place, remaining close to family, friends and local services,” WA Deputy Executive Director Alix Rhodes said.
“St Ives Carine sets a new benchmark in luxury living for retirees. The village provides residents with a central location, stunning setting, well-designed architecture, and interiors as well as first class amenities.
“The size of the apartments, a minimum of 90sqm, creates a spacious feel, while still embracing one of the biggest benefits of apartment living, the low-maintenance and convenience.”
The Property Council congratulates St Ives on the opening of the Carine retirement village and will continue to support the retirement living industry to keep WA growing,” Ms Rhodes said.
Free guided tours of the St Ives Carine Retirement Village are available Saturday through to Monday. Numbers per tour are limited so bookings are essential. To book, visit www.stivesretirementliving.com.au , call 1300 20 20 01.
