With leasing volume and occupancy high, it’s a good time to explore further opportunities to enhance the leasing process and keep improving production, Cico notes.Ultimately, Cico envisions, the morning meeting will be even further dependent on Yardi technology. “What I see is the evolution of a meeting where we’re actually going through all of the meeting materials straight out of Yardi and straight out of Commercial LeasingPad,” he says.
