Site Tour: Howard Smith Wharves

The Property Council’s site tour of Brisbane’s latest lifestyle and entertainment precinct, Howard Smith Wharves, took place on Tuesday 23 October.

CEO of Howard Smith Wharves, Luke Fraser, provided a project overview of the highly anticipated development.

Attendees were then donned with high vis and hard hats to undertake an exclusive tour of the brewery, amphitheatre and cocktail bar, which is currently under construction.

Due to open in late 2018, the 3.4-hectare site also contains heritage buildings, riverfront restaurants, event destinations, exhibitions and a boutique hotel.
