Site Tour: Aveo Springfield

The Property Council facilitated an exclusive tour of Australia’s largest master-planned retirement community, Aveo Springfield, on Tuesday 13 June.

A unique concept in seniors’ living, the recently opened Aveo Springfield provides an intergenerational precinct featuring various living options and health and wellness services in the heart of Greater Springfield. Located next to the Mater Private Hospital, Aveo Springfield sits within Greater Springfield’s Health City; a 52ha integrated health and wellness precinct. 

Prior to the site tour commencing, guests heard from Chris Davis, Territory Development Manager – Aveo Group, who presented the details of the masterplan, including the stages, services and amenities. Following on from Chris, Raynuha Sinnathamby, Managing Director – Springfield Land Corporation, spoke about the wider Springfield vision and how the Aveo development sits within the Health City precinct.

Guests were able to tour the first building of the 10ha project, containing 66 independent living units ranging in size from one to three bedrooms, and multiple communal spaces.

The Property Council greatly appreciates the generosity of Aveo in allowing our members the opportunity to tour the newly opened building, and Springfield Land Corporation for their support of the event.
