Site Tour: Abian Botanic Gardens

The Property Council facilitated an exclusive tour of Brisbane’s newest luxury apartment tower, Sunland Group’s Abian, on Wednesday 23 August.

Abian rises 41 storeys above the Botanic Gardens on Alice Street, encompassing 1 luxury apartments and sky homes and premium resident amenities, including Queensland’s first 24/7 concierge service and fully-integrated Technogym.

The impressive building is the product of a collaboration between Wood Marsh Architects and Sunland Group’s own in-house design team. The design was conceived as a shimmering sculptural form of reflective pewter glass, featuring retail space, large pedestrian zones, public urban art, expansive landscaping, and a 40-metre “living perfumery” of 3,000 jasmine plants. 

Guests were pleased to be able to tour the building and to hear from Sunland Group’s Development Director, Domenic Chirico, Relationship Manager, Sally Ho, Site Manager, Antonio De Lutiis, and National Communications Manager, Sarah Dixon.

The Property Council greatly appreciates the generosity of Sunland Group in allowing our members the opportunity to tour this great new addition to the Brisbane skyline.
