Rising Generation Awards Networking Evening

The Property Council hosted a networking event on 20 July in Brisbane to promote the 2016 Retirement Living Rising Generation Award. 

The Rising Generation Award offers the opportunity for young professionals to showcase their success in the retirement living industry and to be recognised by their peers. The award reflects the industry’s commitment for supporting the next generation of leaders and demonstrates the important contribution this industry makes to the Australian economy.

Guest speaker Nikki Fisher, Chief Operating Officer – Ingenia Communities,  provided insights into the seniors’ housing industry in Queensland, and outlined the lessons learnt from her own career journey.

The Rising Generation Award promotes a clear message to the community of the retirement living industry’s commitment to the future; and its constant drive towards improvement and best practice.

Nominations for the 2016 Rising Generation Award open on Monday 1 August, close on Friday 23 September and the winner will be announced at the National Retirement Living Summit in Melbourne on 28 November.
