Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) support the transportation, mining, water and refining sectors across the globe and provides cost consultancy services to both public and private entities, advising clients on cost and time for metropolitan and regional infrastructure together with resource development projects.
RLB is pleased to announce the expansion of our Infrastructure team and welcomes James Durney, Timothy Giles and Kyle Wei to the RLB Adelaide office.
James Durney | Associate | Civil and Infrastructure Cost Manager
James joins RLB in the position of Associate | Civil and Infrastructure Cost Manager and brings with him extensive expertise from his recent Managing Director role with Vencer Pty Ltd and previous civil infrastructure roles in Australia, United Kingdom and Scotland. James has the knowledge and expertise to provide civil estimating utilising first principles estimating for all civil construction including transportation (roads, earthworks, structures) water (including pipelines, wastewater and pumping stations) and stormwater (including dams and wetlands). He has senior level project experience working with Government, Civil Contractors and Consultants. Project experience includes the pilot plant implementation for the Adelaide Desalination Plant, Sturt Highway duplication Greenock to Nuriootpa, Port Wakefield road Intersection upgrade, to name a few.
Timothy Giles | Civil and Infrastructure Estimator
Graduating in 2013 as a Civil and Structural Engineer, Timothy provides civil construction estimating. Tim has worked on various infrastructure and development projects, including transportation, water and stormwater. Tim has undertaken a key role in the estimation of the NSW Pacific Highway upgrade between Woolgoolga and Halfway Creek, Port Wakefield Road Intersection Upgrade, Copper Coast Highway from Kadina to Paskeville, Western Australian North Quay Rail Terminal $33m upgrade, to name a few.
Zhouguang (Kyle) Wei | Civil and Infrastructure Estimator
Completing a Masters of Engineering (Civil & Structural) at the University of Adelaide in 2014, Kyle also provides civil construction estimating. Kyle has experience in civil and structural design for residential and commercial buildings and developing knowledge in civil construction estimation and tender preparation for road re-construction, bulk earthworks and stormwater upgrades. Project experience includes Torrens Road to River Torrens Sewer network modifications, Calvary Adelaide Hospital civil works, Grand Junction road sub-division and associated road upgrade including P & P90 analysis, to name a few.
