Retirement Census deadline approaching – contribute today!

Retirement village operators have less than two weeks to contribute their data to the 2016 PwC/Property Council Retirement Census and reap the benefits of involvement.

Only Census contributors will have access to a comprehensive report from PwC, which enables benchmarking against sector averages in a wide range of categories, including unit selling prices, financial data and resident demographics. 

The annual Retirement Census enables the Property Council to better advocate on behalf of retirement village operators, by informing politicians, policy makers and other interested parties of sector trends and developments.

We’ve received many contributions from member organisations – thanks to all who’ve sent their data to us so far. But to make the Census as relevant and accurate as possible, we need to exceed last year’s tally, which represented more than ,000 units from across the sector.

If you want to be part of this, take these steps today:

 – Email [email protected] for a Census spreadsheet to complete
 – Fill out all of the fields in the spreadsheet – in-depth analysis reports cannot be created where there is insufficient data
 – Send the spreadsheet back to [email protected] by Monday 9 May
