Report card for city planningThe Residential Development Council is calling on members to help rate their planning systems and go into the draw for an Apple iPad by completing a survey to help gauge each state’s performance accurately.The survey findings will support the Residential Development Council’s third Development Assessment Report Card, the only report of its type in Australia.
