Renewing our Streets and Suburbs – Expressions of interest from developers
Renewal SA are pleased to announce the release of a third round of opportunities for developers under the Renewing our Streets and Suburbs strategy. Through the seven programs that make up this strategy Renewal SA aim to replace old South Australian Housing Trust homes with up to 40,000 new homes over the next 15 years.
An excellent opportunity is available at Marden under Program 3 – Medium Density Site Renewal.
Under Program 2 – Small Cluster Renewals – Renewal SA have released Clusters 8, 9 and 10 at Blair Athol, Campbelltown and on South Terrace, Adelaide.
Two groups of house and land packages have also been released at Park Holme under Program 1 – the Better Neighbourhoods Program.

Residential allotments for purchase
Additionally, a number of residential allotments at Norwood, Edwardstown, Enfield, Blair Athol and Royal Park, are being auctioned under Program 7.
Submit your expression of interest online
Renewal SA are now accepting electronic expression of interest (EOI) submissions for Programs 1, 2 and 3 through their secure online submission portal.
Simply login to or register for the Developer Gateway with your email address (username) and password. Then go to the page for your chosen opportunity – you’ll find instructions on the page on how to make your submission.
