Queensland Plan Feedback
The Queensland Government is asking for feedback on The Queensland Plan, to consider whether the document’s vision and implementation approach is still applicable four years after its introduction.
The Queensland Plan sets a 30-year vision for Queensland by identifying nine Foundation Areas and outlines preliminary targets, goals and outcomes, fundamental to achieving the plan’s vision.
The Property Council has long advocated for a 30-year strategic plan that sets the vision and goals for good growth. The Property Council generally supported The Queensland Plan in 2014, when it was initially introduced, but also suggested a more formal, regular review process was required to update targets throughout the 30-year horizon.
