QCAT seeks Retail Shop Leases Experts

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) is seeking expressions of interest for appointment as an Ordinary Member, from persons with specialist knowledge of Retail Shop Leases.

Ordinary Members are tasked with hearing and deciding matters within the tribunal, as determined by the President.

Ordinary Members hold office for a period of at least 3, but not more than 5 years and are appointed by the Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Attorney-General.
