Property owner briefed on Melbourne Metro disruptions

The Property Council has met with the Metro Melbourne Rail Authority (MMRA) to discuss disruptions to the CBD and St Kilda Road as part of the project construction.

There will be significant disruptions around Melbourne and St Kilda Road and members are urged to be kept up to date with the latest transport changes.  Of particular significance is the works in St Kilda road, which will reduce from four lanes to one for two to three years.  

The Property Council will continue to work with MMRA to ensure members are kept up to date, and to minimise disruptions to building owners and tenants.
