Property Council welcomes new members MCL Commercial Services and Factorre

The Property Council is pleased to welcome a number of new members who have recently joined us here in WA.

MCL Commercial Services provide a range of services to large clients in building maintenance and painting services, landscape construction and maintenance, turf management, as well as refurbishments and carpentry work.

With a range of experience over more than 20 years, MCL has a strong track record in delivering great service for its clients, including well known commercial businesses, as well as smaller not-for-profit organisations providing invaluable services to the community.

Factorre is a culmination of over 25 years providing corporate real estate advisory and tenant advocacy by principal and founder, Bret Madden. With a background spanning Australia and the Asia Pacific region, Factorre provides corporate real estate outcomes and insights where once only ideas existed. Acting solely for occupiers of commercial real estate, Factorre ensures that corporate real estate is an asset of a business, rather than a liability.
