Property Council Supports Capital City Act

The Property Council of Australia supports the introduction of the City of Perth Act.

Recognising the City as the capital in legislation, brings us in line with other major capitals in Australia.

The City of Perth Act will complement the major infrastructure investments now underway in and around the CBD.

The new Act will also help in the alignment of government agencies and the private sector in attracting new business and investment to Perth.
