Property Council Submits to Yarra River Review

The Property Council has written to the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) to express our support for measures to protect the south bank of the Yarra river from overshadowing in the Capital City Zone.  We do, however urge the Government to address this issue on a case by case basis, assessing proposals on their merits, rather than using a blunt planning instrument that could stifle investment.  For more information contact the Victorian policy team on 03 96 8300 or [email protected].
