Property Council joins TAKE2 on Climate Change Action
The Property Council has joined other leaders in state and local government, industry, schools and the community to be part of Victoria’s action on climate change.
The TAKE2 voluntary pledge program, announced by the State Government on 9 June, enables organisations to influence real action on climate change by contributing directly to Victoria’s first interim target to 2020.
The Property Council has welcomed the pledge initiative alongside the Government’s commitment to a net zero emissions target by 20. As a Founding Partner of TAKE2, the Property Council is excited to become an advocate for climate change action. We look forward to working with the government in building on the strong record of the property industry, which has made strong gains in emissions reduction for a number of years.
More info about the TAKE2 collective pledge initiative can be found on the program website.
