Property Council engages with new Victorian GovernmentOver the past four months the Property Council has been engaging with the Andrews Government on issues of importance to the membership. A series of meetings with Ministers and key advisors have served to reinforce industry’s view on issues such as planning reform, infrastructure development, retail trading, energy efficiency and productivity, departmental reform and taxation in the retirement living sector.Led by the new Division Council, our committees have also identified the top priorities for 2015, based on the Policy Platform and the Property Council’s new organisational strategy.In the months ahead, these priorities will guide our efforts to advocate for policies which champions a strong property industry that creates prosperity, jobs and strong communities.
