Property Council Congratulates New ICC Members

The Property Council would like to congratulate Marion Fullker and Greg Martin on their appointment to the WAPC’s Infrastructure Coordinating Committee.

The combination of experience and skills that both Ms Fulker and MR Martin bring is to the committee is having practical knowledge of and experience in urban and regional planning, business management, property development, financial management, engineering, transport, housing, and urban design.

The inclusion of two industry professionals improves industry representation on the committee and will give industry a greater voice in the decision-making process.

In line with recommendations in the Property Council report Mind the Gap, the appointment of two industry figures should be a step towards creating an independent infrastructure body to plan and prioritise infrastructure projects.

The Opposition has already committed the establishment of an independent infrastructure body, to bring WA in line with all other States, if elected in the upcoming WA State election.
