Property Council appears at Public Hearing on Gas Pipelines

Earlier this week the Property Council appeared at the Major Hazard Facilities Advisory Committee Public Hearing, represented by Mr Mark Bartley. The Property Council made submission to this Committee on 9 February, analysing the following categories:

• Definitions and Referrals;

• Licensees and Decision Making;

• Transparency and Analysis;

• Risk Mitigation and Assessment;

• Utilisation of AS2885;
