Property Council announces top 5 advocacy priorities for 2017/18

Following the recent meeting of the WA Division Council, the Property Council WA is pleased to announce our top 5 advocacy priorities are:

1. Introduction of full suite of proposed strata reforms in 2017/18.
2. Maintain the current DAP model with majority of independent members.
3. Ensure private sector participation in Infrastructure provisioning.
4. Improve WA’s land asset sales program.
5. Remove the stamp duty penalty for off-the-plan property purchasers.
