Property Council and City of Bunbury Sign MOU
The Property Council of Australia has signed a historic Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Bunbury.
The MOU formalises the common goals of both the Property Council and the City of Bunbury to support the property industry in Bunbury and develop the city.
Both organisations will work together to find solutions to the long term implementation challenges for the City of Bunbury’s strategic vision and avenues for property industry participation in realising and benefiting from this vision.
“The Property Council has long recognised the strategic and economic importance of Bunbury for Western Australia. Through this partnership we can cement Bunbury’s place as the State’s second capital city,” said Joe Lenzo, Property Council Executive Director.
“The signing of this MOU is just the first step in transforming Bunbury into a vibrant city that will attract both investors and those seeking to embrace its unique lifestyle,” said Mr Lenzo.
City of Bunbury Mayor Gary Brennan said the MOU would further cement Bunbury’s reputation as a fantastic place to work, live, play and invest.
“Bunbury is open for business,” Mr Brennan said.
“We look forward to continuing our partnership with the Property Council and seeing what the future brings.”
