Project Award – Urbanest – North Terrace 2

Built Environs has been awarded the contract to deliver the 20 level, 689 bed student accommodation project, known as North Terrace 2 for Urbanest.

The project commenced on site on the 1 July 2016 with completion in November 2017, in preparation of the 2018 academic year.

The first stage involves the demolition of two high-rise buildings.

This project was secured over an extensive 18 month period where Built Environs assisted Urbanest in their original business planning, enabling them to competitively secure their site and followed by an extensive ECI period, where Built Environs led the consulting team in finalising their designs, while meeting budget and program milestones and assisting the client in gaining planning approvals.
