Primewest Purchases Tyne Square

Primewest has purchased Tyne Square for $9.05 million in a deal brokered by Colliers International.

Constructed by Psaros Builders directly over the Graham Farmer Freeway tunnel, Tyne Square was the first city development to combine a retail complex with 83 residential apartments.

Formerly anchored by Coles, Tyne Square is now anchored tenanted by a Supa IGA supermarket. The site also features a pharmacist and medical centre. It is located on the corner of Newcastle and Beaufort Street.
