Pre-installation Commitment – Sustainable City Incentives Scheme
To improve funding certainty for applicants, Adelaide City Council is now offering a Pre-installation Commitment for the following application types to Council’s Sustainable City Incentives Scheme:
a. Energy storage (any size) with existing or new solar PV (any size)
b. Solar PV greater than 10kW
c. Partnership Projects (≥$20k to a single site record in a year requires Council approval)
d. Apartment Smart Blocks Energy Efficiency Project
e. LED downlights – Combined application for apartment common area plus households in the same building.
f. Energy monitoring to multiple dwellings or business tenancies in a single building
g. Any project involving tenant or Commonwealth concession cardholders
A Pre-installation Commitment will provide approved applicants funding certainty for 3 months to enable approvals, engagement and installation to be finalised.
