Planning and Subdivision Fees ReviewThe Government has released a Regulatory Impact Statement on the Planning and Environment (Fees) Regulations 2016 and Subdivision (Fees) Regulations 2016. The RIS process involves an assessment of the regulatory proposals and allows for public comment on the proposed regulations before they are finalised. The proposed amendments contain changes to the fees for a number of services provided by local councils and State Government on matters related to planning and subdivision.The consultation period ends at 5pm on 24 June 2016.More info including a summary of the proposed planning and subdivision fees can be found here.
