Pioneering New Market Places – Site Tour

Property Council members had the opportunity to check out the next stage of Springfield City Group’s Brookwater Residential offering at our Pioneering New Market Places site tour.

Prior to heading off in golf buggies, Nick Kostellar, General Manager – Brookwater Residential Springfield City Group, provided a comprehensive presentation on the Brookwater Residential offering and the new stage called ‘Dress Circle’.

Following Nick’s presentation, there was a moderated panel discussion with Marco Calvino, In-house Architect – Springfield City Group, Carita Sellers – PS Designer Homes, Steve Parcel – Steve Parcel Building Services, and Hayley Wighton – Springfield City Group.

The panel discussed all aspects of the buyer experience offered by Brookwater Residential, along with the existing home-owners’ body corporate scheme and proposed new scheme for the Dress Circle stage.

The guided buggy tour traversed parts of the golf course before entering the Dress Circle stage via the new bridge and entry statement, and finished at the ‘Street of Dreams’ display village.  During the tour we heard from Hayley Wighton and Layna Stephens from Springfield City Group about the development.
