Pinnacle South Perth Launches September 13Pinnacle South Perth will be officially launched to market on September 13.Located on the corner of Charles Street and Labouchere Road, the $70 million, 20-storey luxury apartment project marks the first project for Zone Q Investments Pty Ltd, the Australian arm of leading mainland Chinese developer JiaHe JianAn Group.At 20 storeys, the project is the tallest residential tower to receive development approval in the City of South Perth in 45 years.Designed by award-winning architects Hassell, Pinnacle will feature a total of 102 luxury apartments and offer views over the Zoo, west to the Swan River and north to the Perth city skyline.Apartments at Pinnacle will comprise 60 two bedroom, two bathroom residences, 40 one bedroom one bathroom residences and two three bedroom, two bathroom penthouses, and will be offered for sale through Colliers International and Dempsey Real Estate.
