PEXA joins Property Council

Property Council WA welcomes new Associate Member, Property Exchange Australia (PEXA).

We took this opportunity to sit down with PEXA’s Executive Manager, Practitioner Services Angella Chick to learn what PEXA is all about.

“Property Exchange Australia (PEXA), Australia’s leading online property exchange network, helps members – such as lawyers, conveyancers and financial institutions – lodge documents with Land Registries and complete financial settlements electronically through its online platform,” Ms Chick said.

“In December, e-Conveyancing became the standard settlement process in Western Australia with all combinations of eligible transfer transactions and caveats moving online,” she said.

“PEXA aims to enhance the settlement experience for industry members, homebuyers and sellers. In WA, ‘PEXA Plus’ was recently launched – a new functionality providing users with a streamlined view of upcoming matters. Further, ‘PEXA Projects’ is available to help manage multi-lot developments.”
