Perth’s Tallest Apartments For Kings Square
Approval has been given for the two apartment towers on the Kings Square 6 site at the Perth City Link.
Planning Minister John Day has approved the 563 apartment project, which comprises two towers of 43 and 49 storeys, and is estimated to be worth $190 million.
Designed by Woods Bagot, it will include studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as some affordable housing units.
The upper floors will include communal open spaces, a rooftop pool and garden terraces.
Minister Day said “This development is a great example of how appropriate density and infill can create attractive housing choice for people to live close to jobs, amenities and public transport.”
Seven Group have indicated they will be seeking a development partner for the project.
