People on the Move – 9 February 2016Hanan moves to Mirvac; design firm snaps up Formworks founder; Hansen Yuncken appoints new state manager; Colliers promotes new head of Tenant Advisory; Savills up Parramatta presence; and Aquenta makes appointments around the country.Following the departure of Morgan Stanley and the $2.45 billion sale of the Investa portfolio to CIC, former Investa Office chief executive Campbell Hanan has moved to Mirvac to head up its office and industrial division. Hanan was at Investa for 12 years and was appointed chief executive in 2013. Kelly Rattigan (pictured) has joined architecture, interior and urban design practice Cameron Chisholm Nicol as a director. Rattigan comes to Cameron Chisholm Nicol from Formworks, which she founded as managing director in 2001. At Formworks Rattigan built a portfolio of health, education and social housing projects across regional and remote Western Australia. Rattigan will bring the Formworks staff and clients to Cameron Chisholm Nicol. “Becoming part of a big team with greater resources will give me the opportunity to deliver larger, more complex projects,” she said. Also at Cameron Chisholm Nicol Deborah Binet has been promoted to associate director after 14 years with the firm.Nick Luzar has been appointed as state manager for the NSW business of building company Hansen Yuncken. Luzar has held executive roles at Acciona and Laing O’Rourke as well as management roles at John Holland and Thiess. Simon Crouch has been promoted to national director, head of Tenant Advisory, Occupier Services at Colliers International. Crouch has been with Colliers for 19 years, starting out in the Office Leasing division before transitioning to tenant advisory. Luke Dutton has also joined the tenant advisory team as Tenant Advisor director, based in Sydney.Mick Ferreri has joined Savills as a director of NSW Industrial and Business Services, based in Parramatta. Ferreri was previously with CBRE for 14 years as a senior director.Project advisory firm Aquenta has announced three appointments: Matthew Mackey as Brisbane-based director – Buildings; David Ronksley as Sydney-based associate director and Nick Ockleshaw as Melbourne-based associate director.
