Policy specialist Adina Cirson joins the Property Council as executive director in the ACT, Savills gets a new head of capital strategy in Canberra, while PIA and Stamford Capital appoint new advisors.

Following an extensive executive search, the Property Council of Australia has appointed Adina Cirson (pictured) as its new ACT executive director. Cirson brings to the role a decade of experience in public policy including working for two chief ministers. Since 2014, Cirson has worked as chief of staff to the ACT Minister for Planning and Land Management.

Chris Freeman returns to Savills as national head of capital strategy, after leading research for major fund manager, Charter Hall, over the past five years. In his newly-created role, Freeman will add greater value to Savills institutional clients.

The Planning Institute of Australia has appointed John Brockhoff as principal policy officer for national and New South Wales.

Stamford Capital, one of Australia’s leading advisor and arranger of capital for commercial property owners and investors, has a new associate director in Queensland – Barn Wilson.
