Agency movements galore, as JLL, CBRE and The Agency Projects take on new staff, while project management company Gallagher Jeffs appoint two new directors: Fonda Zahopoulos and Andy Isherwood.

Project management and property advisory company Gallagher Jeffs has appointed two new directors: Fonda Zahopoulos and Andy Isherwood. Isherwood led the $75 million Classic East Melbourne project, and was a technical advisor on the Kingdom Tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – the world’s tallest building.

Peter Blade and Greg Pike have new roles with JLL. Blade takes on the role of head of industrial for Western Sydney, while Pike has joined as a director. Blade and Pike, who move over from CBRE, have a per cent market share for deals above 5,000sqm in Sydney’s outer west market.

CBRE has strengthened its position in Perth’s northern industrial market with the appointment of two new property professionals. Chris Monterosso takes on the role of senior negotiator and Tom Iredell is a negotiator within CBRE’s advisory and transaction team. Monterosso joins CBRE from BGC Development, where he specialised in the sale of off the plan and existing residential apartments. Iredell has transitioned from CBRE’s commercial valuations business.

Tony Hymus, Colliers’ former national director of project marketing, has joined The Agency Projects in the Gold Coast. Hymus, who has personally overseen close to $900 million in project sales, will focus on sourcing new business.
