Colliers appoints a new director of valuation and advisory services, Tanya Rofe. Meanwhile, Ray White Hotels expands its Queensland operations with the appointment of Glenn Price and The Buchan Group promotes Allen Lucini.

Tanya Rofe (pictured) has been appointed director of valuation and advisory services for Colliers in South Australia. Rofe, who will work across all states and territories, was formerly with Opteon, the Green Building Council of Australia and JLL.

Ray White Hotels Australia is expanding its Queensland operations, with the appointment of Glenn Price. Heading up the group’s Queensland office, Price moves to Ray White from CBRE, where he was named Queensland broker of the year in 2016.

The Buchan Group has promoted Allen Lucini to principal. Lucini has worked on a range of masterplans and developments both in Australia and overseas, and is based in Melbourne.
