Juwai.com builds its Australian team, JLL names five Australians to join the firm’s global senior leadership group, Benita Husband joins NDY and a team stalwart returns to the fold at Geyer.
Juwai.com has appointed three senior members to manage its rapid growth. As head of China engagement, Tracy Wu will be responsible for leading the team that directly links Juwai.com’s international property marketing customers with Chinese buyers. Wu has worked with Paramount and Warner Brothers and has been a top-ranked real estate agent in Southern California.
Nigel Wilson has been named Juwai.com’s head of residential for Australia and New Zealand, while Martin Tsang, has been appointed chief financial officer.
Norman Disney & Young has appointed Benita Husband (pictured) as its new director of strategy. Husband previously spent 16 years working with engineering consultancy Aurecon.
JLL has named five Australians to join the firm’s global senior leadership group. Stuart Colquhoun, head of office leasing in Victoria, Tony Doherty, Australian head of retail, property and asset management, Steve Mackintosh, Australian head of government and corporate solutions, Tim O’Connor, head of office leasing for Australia and Brett Stack, Queensland head of property and asset management have all been named international directors.
Geyer has welcomed back Amy Chapple to its interior design practice. Chapple worked in Geyer’s Sydney studio from 1998 to 2001, and this time will be studio manager in Perth.
