Architect and sustainability champion Caroline Pidcock to shut up shop, Lantern Hotel Group’s chief John Osbourne resigns and JLL takes on two new team members.
Architect and sustainability champion Caroline Pidcock (pictured) has announced she will close her practice PIDCOCK – Architecture + Sustainability at the end of the year after 25 years. Pidcock plans to focus on public speaking and writing, tutoring and curriculum development in sustainable design in 2018.
Lantern Hotel Group’s chief executive officer John Osborne has resigned, following the company’s sales of more than $200 million over the last year.
Commercial property valuer Piers Jalland joins JLL as an analyst in the Melbourne sales and investment division. Jalland was previously with Charter Keck Cramer.
JLL’s Victorian industrial team has also expanded with the appointment of Lindsay Davidson as manager of tenant representation.
Karim Muri, Kingspan Insulation Australia’s head of marketing and technical services is moving to the company’s insulated panels division in the United States, where he will be director of marketing. Muri has been with Kingspan since 2010.
